[ Thank goodness there are outfits for the occasion because otherwise she'd be close to freezing to death. Hence why she's going to immediately go ahead and grab the jacket and immediately stay near the fire.

She isn't grabbing a blanket just yet, since she thinks that the others should have it before she takes it unless someone wants to share. She isn't exactly paying much attention at first, but someone might overhear her saying, in a small voice: ]

We didn't exactly... communicate with each other as a group that much.

[ She says this with a bit of a strained smile. ]

Ann's group wasn't stupid. They were either nefarious or unlucky. I don't know enough about them to make the distinction.

[ She's quiet for a moment, trying to rein her emotions in for a moment, sucking in a shaky breath. Rise is the type of person that gets emotional pretty easily, whether it's for her or the others. It's a little defensive, sure, but she doesn't care.

A moment I am not proud of. I assume this is meant to be some sort of confession of guilt, but I am a pragmatist with very little in the way of a conscience, and simply don't have any. However, I can't imagine that's a satisfactory answer to our hosts, so I'll confess that the circumstances of my birth were deeply scandalous, so from a technical standpoint, you might say that is moment of my life in which I am most ashamed.

[And he looks it, too, for once showing an emotion beyond his baseline of generalized irritation at the universe around him.]

[ While Rise has many things that she isn't exactly proud of, she's not going to say that... ]

I guess you could say that I'm not exactly proud of almost quitting the idol industry, looking back.
