It's refracted light from the sun and the sky...so yeah, it's that blue. You can go check it out, you won't melt.

I'm going to have to change into something they've put out aren't I? This water's going to mess up my clothes.

I guess we can't really escape the whole "experience" they've got planned... It's bad enough we'll probably be finding sand in various locations for who knows how long.

The showers should get rid of most of it. I'm more worried about it messing up my clothes.

That's an easy enough problem to solve. It's not like your clothes are painted on.

Don't forget sunscreen or water shoes. Just because it's nicer than your harbor doesn't make stepping on coral or a jellyfish any less unpleasant a surprise.

Got it. I've heard the girls complaining about not having sunscreen before and that those burns are pain.

They can be. The peeling afterwards is more of a hassle in my opinion. I guess if you live someplace sunny you get used to it, but for those of us who rarely get vacations it can be a rude surprise.

That’ s probably why they get so fussy about going out in the day then. Even if they could just wear a coat…
